By installing or using Zuv Inventory ("the app") you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
The service
Zuv Inventory helps you manage products, sales, bills and stock for your shop. The app runs on your phone and stores your data there, with backups in your own Google Drive. We do not host or store your data.
Your account and data
- You sign in with your own Google account and are responsible for keeping it secure.
- You own the data you enter. You are responsible for its accuracy, including prices, taxes and the bills you issue.
- If you record customer details, you are responsible for complying with the privacy laws that apply to you.
Backups
The app backs up automatically, but a backup can only be made when your phone is online and signed in. Each phone keeps its own copy of the data; phones signed in to the same account do not sync with each other, and restoring a backup replaces the data on that phone. Keep the app signed in and back up regularly. We can't recover data that never reached your Drive.
Acceptable use
Don't use the app for anything unlawful, and don't try to interfere with it or with Google's services.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. It is not accounting, tax or legal advice; check important figures yourself.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for lost data, lost profits, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes and termination
We may update the app or these terms. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new date. You can stop using the app at any time by signing out and uninstalling it.
